About

I’m a statistician based in Boston with a PhD in Statistics from Boston University. My research focuses on Bayesian spatial modeling: I develop methods to work with satellite-derived data at different spatial resolutions.

Alongside that, I spent several years leading applied consulting teams across more than 50 projects in health, life sciences, and other domains. This work resulted in co-authorship on three peer-reviewed publications and a practical education in how statistical methods meet messy real-world data.

I think a lot about epistemology — not abstractly, but practically: how do we know what we know, and how often are we fooling ourselves? This site is where I work through some of those questions.
